Concrete Laborers Needed – Buffalo, NY

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers for construction projects throughout the Buffalo, NY area.

This is a hands-on opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on attendance, performance, and project needs.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Remove concrete using electric chipping hammers

Dig, grade, and prepare job sites
Set and strip concrete forms
Tie and place rebar and wire mesh
Pour, spread, rake, and level concrete
Use concrete vibrators to remove air pockets
Assist with excavation and backfilling
Help finishers with screeding, floating, edging, and troweling
Clean tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow measurements, blueprints, and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–75 pounds

Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Experience safely using hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Must wear required personal protective equipment
OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required
