Concrete Laborer/ Driver

We're looking for a dependable concrete laborer/driver to join our crew on residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on construction labor position that also includes driving a company vehicle and towing a trailer. Construction labor experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles and tow trailers to job sites and suppliers.
• Load, unload, and properly secure tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with concrete demolition, digging, grading, site preparation, and cleanup.
• Help with forms, reinforcement, concrete placement, and other tasks as directed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and follow jobsite safety procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform basic vehicle and trailer safety checks and report maintenance concerns.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, with an excellent driving record.
• Must meet our commercial auto insurance carrier's eligibility requirement to drive company vehicles.
• Experience and confidence towing, backing up, hitching, and unhitching a trailer safely.
• Previous construction labor experience.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready for early morning starts.
• Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting and carrying materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to follow directions, communicate with the crew, and learn.

Concrete experience and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish are a plus.
