Real Help Concrete is looking for a hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our residential decorative concrete crew.

We install driveways, patios, pool surrounds, walkways, porches and other decorative concrete projects throughout Western New York.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is concrete work. That means you may be:

Setting forms

Moving stone
Wheelbarrowing concrete
Raking and placing concrete
Helping finishers
Stripping forms
Cleaning tools and equipment
Setting up and cleaning up jobsites
Learning stamped, exposed aggregate and decorative concrete techniques
Occasionally wondering why concrete always seems to get heavier as the day goes on

You will get dirty.

You will sweat.
Your boots probably won't stay clean very long.

But you'll also be working with a professional crew, building projects you can actually drive past and say:

“Yeah, I helped build that.”

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in concrete or construction is great, but attitude, reliability and work ethic matter just as much.

We want someone who:

Shows up on time

Works hard
Can take direction
Helps the crew instead of watching the crew
Takes pride in their work
Can handle physical outdoor work
Wants to learn
Understands that their phone does not need to be checked every 4½ minutes
Has reliable transportation

If you already have concrete experience, even better.

If you're experienced with forming, grading, placing, finishing or decorative concrete, make sure you tell us.
