About Us:

Meridian Concrete LLC is a growing, locally owned company focused on residential flatwork across the Treasure Valley. We handle driveways, patios, RV pads, and walkways, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and clean job sites.

Position:

We’re hiring a Concrete Lead who can run prep and finishing on residential jobs. This is a hands-on leadership role. Must be tech-savvy and fluent in English. We move fast, many days involve full prep and pour in the same day, so we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who can keep pace and take ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Set and align forms for patios, driveways, and walkways
• Grade, compact, and prep sites
• Lead pours and finishing operations
• Run floats, trowels, edgers, and apply broom/stamp finishes
• Ensure proper curing and protection
• Keep jobs clean and organized
• Follow company standards and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Strong experience in residential concrete (form + finish)
• Ability to read plans and run jobs to spec
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Physically capable of working in all weather conditions
• Dependable, positive attitude, team-oriented
