We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Working Crew Leader to head up our professional polishing crew based out of Tomball, TX. This is a "player-coach" role. You will be the primary lead on-site, but you will also work directly alongside your team to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Run a professional concrete polishing crew on-site, managing team members and ensuring strict adherence to specs and safety protocols.
  • Boots on the Ground: Work directly with the crew operating heavy concrete polishing equipment (grinders, industrial vacuums, burnishers, and scrubbers), handling surface prep, and sealing.
  • Site Management: Maintain clear communication between the field, the project managers, and the facility clients. Load/unload materials and ensure company tools and equipment are respected and maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record leading field teams, paired with hands-on experience in concrete polishing, surface prep, or resinous/epoxy coatings.
  • Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills on commercial job sites and a friendly, team-first attitude.
  • License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.
  • Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet comfortably for extended periods.
  • Schedule: Primarily day shifts, but must be flexible for overtime and occasional weekend work to hit strict project deadlines.
  • Professionalism: High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
