Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned commercial flooring business based out of Tomball, TX. We’ve been running professional crews across the Houston area since 1996. We have an immediate opening for a Working Crew Leader for our concrete polishing division.

To be clear: This is a hands-on leadership role. We don't hire clipboard holders. You will be running the crew, managing the job site, and running the heavy floor grinders right alongside your guys.

THE DETAILS:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00 / hour (Depending on your concrete and leadership experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Location: Based in Tomball, TX (Working on commercial/industrial job sites across Greater Houston)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Running a professional concrete polishing crew.
• Managing job site safety, crew, and talking with clients/superintendents.

• Operating heavy grinders, industrial vacs, burnishers, and handling surface prep/sealing.
• Driving company trucks and ensuring tools and equipment are taken care of.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have past experience leading field teams and running concrete polishing.
• MUST have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• MUST have your own reliable truck/car to get to the shop in Tomball.
• Physically fit: able to lift 50+ lbs and work hard on your feet all day.

- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
