Concrete Plant Production Crew Member

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM– 3:00 PM | 40–50 Hours/Week + Overtime

What You'll Do

Set and strip concrete forms
Tie and install rebar
Pour and finish concrete products
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Assist with forklifts, overhead cranes, and other machinery (training available)
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Work with team members throughout different stages of production

Qualifications

Experience in construction, concrete, framing, landscaping, or manufacturing preferred
Experience using hand tools, power tools, equipment, or forklifts
Welding experience is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills and work in different production areas
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Stable work history
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
Comfortable working in an outdoor production environment
