Concrete Project Manager / Independent Contractor – Base + Commission

CBUS Concrete is an established concrete company seeking experienced Concrete Project Managers, Independent Contractors, and Construction Operators to manage concrete projects from estimating through completion.

We provide the customers and jobs. You handle everything required to get the work done.

We're looking for experienced, self-motivated professionals who understand concrete construction, have reliable subcontractor relationships, and know how to execute projects efficiently and profitably.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already operates a construction business or works in the industry and wants to earn additional income without having to find customers.

You can start part-time while maintaining your existing business or employment, with the opportunity to expand based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and bid concrete projects accurately.
• Source, hire, and coordinate reliable subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Arrange materials, supplies, equipment, and deliveries.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and project timelines.
• Oversee job execution and quality control.
• Resolve problems independently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects from initial estimate through successful completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction, project management, or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of concrete estimating, costs, and job execution.
• Existing relationships with reliable concrete subcontractors preferred.
• Ability to manage projects independently without constant supervision.
• Must carry a GC or concrete contractor license, or bring a crew/crews with licenses.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and quality.
