About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Concrete Saw Operator Trainee. No prior concrete cutting experience is required — we will provide full, hands-on training. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade, grow within the company, and work on a variety of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

Assist with concrete cutting, core drilling, and demolition tasks
Operate or help operate hand saws, walk‑behind saws, and related equipment
Support crew with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Learn to read job specifications and communicate with supervisors
Work outdoors in various conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs regularly

What We’re Looking For

Some construction experience preferred

A willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Night and Weekend availability
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment
Comfortable working around heavy equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from various jobsites
Ability to pass a drug test (if applicable)
