Madsen Group Inc., a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC #1514883) serving Tampa Bay, is looking for a concrete subcontractor for a small flatwork job in Tampa (33624).

The work: Raise an existing screened-lanai slab approximately 2½" with a concrete topping/overlay so it matches the adjacent interior floor. Roughly 246 sq ft, about 2 cubic yards. Smooth float/trowel finish, level and flat, ready to receive luxury vinyl plank flooring. Includes surface prep, bonding, reinforcement (fiber or wire mesh — your recommendation), moisture mitigation appropriate for a flooring substrate, and a clean tie-in at the transition to the house floor.

This is sub work for a GC, not a homeowner call. We have a written Request for Quote with the full scope and quantities that we'll email on request.
