Concrete Supervisor

The Job:

We need an experienced concrete supervisor to run jobs in our area. You’ll be the
boots-on-the-ground person making sure work gets done.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Schedule concrete work with Builders and subcontractors, order materials from suppliers and coordinate the pours
• Check plans and make sure what’s getting built matches what’s drawn
• Walk jobs for quality – if it’s wrong, catch it before it gets buried in concrete
• Run safety – tailgates, OSHA compliance, hold people accountable
• Keep an eye on job costs and flag problems before they blow the budget

Bottom Line:
We need someone who can take ownership of their area and get concrete work done
