Position Title: Concrete Yard Laborer

Wage: $22.00 $25.00/hr.

Shift: 1st

Hours: 06:00 am - 03:00 pm, M-F; Must be flexible and willing to work OT

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Concrete Yard Laborer at a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift, apply today!

Concrete Yard Laborer Responsibilities:

• Assist yard crews with daily precast concrete yard operations, including staging, organizing, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
• Help load precast concrete products onto delivery vehicles while protecting the product and supporting safe transport.
• Support signaling, rigging, and material movement activities under supervision.
• Operate or assist around yard vehicles and equipment safely; forklift or front-end-loader experience is a plus.
• Climb ladders and work around large concrete products, forms, beds, and production areas.

Requirements for Concrete Yard Laborer:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day.
• Ability to climb ladders multiple times per day and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to work 8–14-hour shifts depending on workload.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, year-round.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, work ethic, and team-player mentality.
• Ability to follow direction, ask questions, and work safely around heavy materials and equipment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
• Prior construction, concrete, precast, landscaping, yard, heavy labor, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• General understanding of concrete products, yard vehicles, equipment, rigging, or signaling preferred.
