Concrete/Demolition Laborer

Now hiring a skilled Demolition/Concrete Laborer with a proven track record.

If you’ve spent at least 3 years doing real demolition and/ or concrete work and you know how to work safely, remove interiors/exteriors without damaging active utilities or remaining structures on commercial projects, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior and exterior demolition tasks with precision and safety in mind
• Use sledgehammers, pry bars, saws, torches, hand saws, jack hammers, and other power tools
• Work safely around electrical, sprinkler, and low‑voltage systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA
• Proven experience in demolition work or related construction site roles with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate task execution.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct demolition experience (required)

Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
Ability to pass drug test and background check
Capable of lifting 75 lbs and working on ladders and lifts
Dependable, safety‑minded workers only
OSHA 10 (Preferred)
