About the Role
This is a working foreman position. -Enforce safety procedures and maintain Cal/OSHA compliance
-Track progress and complete daily field reports
-Mentor, train, and develop crew members
-Use a smartphone/tablet for field documentation, timekeeping, and reporting
Typical Project Types
Foundation repair and replacement, structural concrete repair, soft-story and seismic retrofits, retaining walls, landslide/hillside stabilization, structural framing and shoring, drainage and waterproofing, and general structural upgrades.
