- Brick Layers / Masons
- Rough Carpenters
- Finish Carpenters
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Drywall Installers & Finishers
- HVAC Technicians
- Roofers
- Painters
- Landscapers
- General Trades
- And other skilled construction professionals
โ Minimum 10+ years of experience
โ Current General Liability Insurance
โ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
โ Must successfully pass a background check
โ Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
โ Practice good personal hygiene and wear appropriate work attire
โ Wear all required PPE at all times
โ Follow all OSHA safety standards, company safety policies, and jobsite rules
โ Conduct yourself professionally with clients, coworkers, vendors, and the public
โ Represent Diaz Construction & Development Inc. with integrity, respect, and professionalism on every jobsite
