We are seeking experienced carpenters capable of supporting all facets of these projects throughout the West Seattle area. - Understands subcontractor scopes of work and can help manage, coordinate, and troubleshoot field issues.
- Can create, adapt, and follow project schedules.
- Balances attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture.
- Has the ability to manage others and provide strong leadership.
- Takes a proactive approach to all aspects of a project and can plan days, weeks, and months ahead.
- Has strong references.
- Is dependable and has reliable transportation and tools.
- Has a minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
- $45 per hour range, depending on experience.
- 10 days of PTO.
