Construction Company Assistant

We are a growing residential remodeling company looking for a dependable, organized individual to help keep our projects moving efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, and learning the construction industry from the inside out.

This is not just a driving job. You’ll become an important part of keeping multiple remodeling projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver construction materials
• Restock company vehicles with essential supplies
• Return incorrect or unused materials
• Organize tools and equipment
• Keep jobsites clean and organized
• Assist carpenters and painters when needed
• Help stage materials for upcoming projects
• Deliver samples and small items between jobs
• Perform dump runs when necessary
• Take progress photos of completed work
• Help ensure crews have what they need before they need it

Construction experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable transportation to our meeting location
• Comfortable using smartphones for navigation and communication

Pay
