***CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HIRING SHEETROCK FINISHER***

Construction company looking to hire immediately. Need Skilled sheetrock finisher. Most jobs are houses being flipped. Most houses are built after 1970. NOT LOOKING FOR SUBS AT THIS TIME. Typical house will have patches throughout the house as well as the kitchens and baths after demo. A few sheets may have to be hung from time to time. We have been in business for 20 years. Most of our work is renovating houses for Real Estate Investors (Fix & Flips). We have plenty of work. This is a full time employee position (40 hours per week). Must be able to work by yourself or with another person. 90% of the time, there will be sheetrock work to do. On days that there isn't and sheetrock work, where will be plenty of other projects to help out on, such as painting, demo, framing, doors, trim, siding, etc. Being able to do different things is a plus. Strong sheetrock/ mud work is a must.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Sheetrock (hang and finish)
DUTIES COULD ALSO INCLUDE:
Demo
Framing
Interior trim
Interior and exterior doors
Interior and exterior painting
Install vanities, blinds, mirrors, lights, etc.

Must be able to follow instructions.
