Field Inspector Needed – Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Field Inspector to perform construction jobsite inspections throughout the area. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and have construction knowledge, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Take clear before, progress, and after photos.
• Verify the scope of work before the project begins.
• Perform final inspections to ensure work is completed properly.
• Upload photos and inspection notes into SiteCapture.
• Communicate project updates and report any issues immediately.
• Verify basic jobsite conditions, such as checking if water and utilities are on when needed and paint onsite.

Requirements:

• Construction experience required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Must have basic hand tools and simple inspection tools as needed.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Compensation:

• Paid per completed contract/inspection.
• Payment via Cash App or Zelle
• W-9 required (1099 independent contractor).
