Construction Field Supervisor

Job description:

We are an established residential construction company based in Encino, specializing in high-end residential construction and remodeling projects throughout Los Angeles.We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Field Supervisor to oversee all phases of residential construction projects from initial planning through completion. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality control, managing job-site operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and job-site operations
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and crews
Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality
Ensure work follows plans and project schedules
Identify and resolve job-site issues
Communicate progress and issues with the office and project team
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
3+ years of construction field experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction and job-site operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable and professional
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Experience:

Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
