Construction Foreman

Valley Pacific Construction is seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team!

We are a family owned heavy construction earthwork contractor with 50 years of successful projects in the Pacific Northwest serving the greater Portland and surrounding areas

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Must have construction knowledge and thorough understanding of blue prints
• Be self-motivated and work well with others
• Convey professionalism and quality on our job sites at all times
• Communicate with customers and attend meetings representing our company
• Communicate with Project Managers and Superintendent throughout projects
• Achieve schedule requirements for all projects
• Work conditions include working outside even in adverse weather conditions
• Clean driving record

1 year minimum previous experience in similar supervisory position is required
