Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage schedules and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform hands-on carpentry and construction work as needed.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Train and mentor crew members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience required.
• Strong carpentry skills and construction knowledge.
• Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
