Construction Foreman

Eagle Bear Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to join our team immediately. We specialize in high-quality residential remodels, additions, new garages w/ ADU's, and custom residential construction throughout the Truckee/Tahoe region (CA side only).

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands how to run an organized and efficient jobsite & crew, and can lead by example. We are looking for a working foreman who is comfortable wearing tool bags while also managing day-to-day field operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing crews of three or more employees
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Reading and interpreting plans and construction documents
• Maintaining jobsite organization, quality control, and safety
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and project management
• Problem solving in the field and keeping projects moving efficiently
• Assisting with layout, framing, finish work, and general carpentry as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years experience in residential construction
• Strong background in remodels, additions, and general carpentry
• Proven leadership experience running jobs and supervising crews
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal tools/tool bags required
• Ability to work in mountain/weather conditions throughout the Truckee/Tahoe area

Compensation:

• $40–$50/hour DOE
