Who We're Looking For
Lux Builders is a residential contractor in the South Bay looking for a working foreman with strong construction knowledge who can lead crews, coordinate subs, and still get their toolbox on work when needed. If you take pride in clean, precise work and know how to run a job site, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations across multiple residential job sites
- Perform and oversee finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets, stairs, built-ins)
- Supervise crews and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality
- Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and homeowners professionally
- Read blueprints, track progress, and report to project leadership
- Handle materials logistics including ordering, delivery, and transport
What You Bring
- 10+ years residential construction experience and knowledge of reading plans and specs
- Demonstrated finish carpentry skills — this is a key part of the role
- At least 1 year in a foreman or lead role
- Ability to read blueprints and do basic material takeoffs
- Knowledge of LA/South Bay building codes
- Own a reliable vehicle and personal tools
- Strong communicator — comfortable with inspectors, homeowners, and subs
