SKILLED TRADESMAN — FOUNDATION / ROUGH CARPENTRY / CONCRETE — NYC — BILINGUAL REQUIRED
Established NYC construction company is hiring an experienced FOUNDATION & CONCRETE TRADESMAN for high-end residential and commercial structural work in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
THE WORK:
Foundations and structure for townhouses, restaurants, penthouses, and small commercial spaces — underpinning, excavation support, formwork, rough carpentry, rebar, concrete foundations, and flatwork. Steady, year-round work with a deep pipeline of projects.
REQUIREMENTS — DO NOT RESPOND UNLESS YOU MEET ALL OF THESE:
- 10+ years minimum experience in heavy construction in NYC
- Skilled in foundation work, rough carpentry, and concrete — formwork you build must hold
- Valid OSHA SST card REQUIRED — 62-Hour Supervisor card preferred (bring cards to the interview)
- BILINGUAL English/Spanish — required, non-negotiable
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a crew under a working foreman
- All employees use a digital clock-in system requiring GPS enabled on your phone while on the clock — if that is a problem, do not apply
- We follow all DOB and OSHA rules and regulations on every site, every day
- Salary based on qualifications and experience
- Selected candidates (after telephone interview) are offered a PAID one-week evaluation at $25/hr net, paid that Friday
