Construction labor

Assist with the construction of new in-ground swimming pools throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving general labor, concrete work, excavation, plumbing, and jobsite cleanup. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who is willing to learn, work as part of a team, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform general construction labor, including digging, shoveling, material handling, and using hand tools and light power tools.
Assist with concrete preparation and installation, including forming, rebar placement, grading, and concrete chipping or cutting.
Support excavation and dirt work using skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, and hand-grading tools.
Assist with PVC plumbing installation and related swimming pool construction tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by removing trash, debris, and excess materials.
Follow directions from crew leaders and assist other team members as needed.
Follow all jobsite safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard in an outdoor construction environment.
Able to perform physical labor, lift and carry construction materials, and work in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Construction, concrete, excavation, or plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
Experience operating small construction equipment is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to work are preferred.
