Construction Laborer

Affordable Egress Windows & Basement Waterproofing INC is now hiring for a skilled construction laborer for egress window installation and basement waterproofing. This is a Full time position with a growing company.

Affordable Egress Windows & Basement Waterproofing INC has been providing quality service to the Twin Cities since 2009. Our mission is to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations in providing personal service, superior design, craftsmanship, and quality construction throughout all our projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Team members ensure work site set up, assists with basic to routine window installations & removal, foundation removal and concrete finishing, performs work site tear down and cleanup of the entire job site in accordance with Affordable Egress Windows & Basement Waterproofing INC Guidelines.
Review each project with Contractor and Foreman to ensure the highest quality standards are being met
Interact with our customers in a professional manner, while maintaining the integrity of Affordable Egress Windows & Basement Waterproofing INC's reputation
Ensure vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials/tools

Requirements:

Ability To lift up to 50+ lbs
Previous experience in construction, carpentry, and/or masonry field preferred, and will train on our process.
Strong work ethic and commitment to team work.
Reliable transportation to our business located in Medina off HWY 55 (5 miles west of Plymouth, MN)
Company Vehicle will be used during work hours
Work hours 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday
