Construction Laborer- Concrete Cutting Trainee - Paid training

We are hiring a Concrete Cutting Helper / Trainee Operator. This is a hands-on construction job working with flat saws, core drills, hand saws, and jobsite equipment. Experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person if they are reliable, safety-minded, physically able, and willing to work hard.

Entry labor/ helper: $25 per hour

Trainee : $30 an hour
Operator: $35-$40 per hour
Lead Operator $45-$50 per hour
Foreman: Salary

We have plenty of room for advancement and this is a good opportunity to learn a profitable trade. Proficient operators can take the trucks home with provided fuel cards. Tool allowance, time and a half overtime, safety bonuses and paid training. We will help you get your 30 hour OSHA, DOT card and any other necessary documentation if you do not already have it.

Reviews of performance every 30 days in consideration raise.

Paid vacation/ sick time, health insurance packages after 90 days.

Applicant must have valid drivers license, speak and understand English. appropriate documentation to legally work in the U.S., and bi-lingual is a plus.
