Job Details

• Location: San Gabriel, CA
• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Start Date: June 23, 2026
• Project Duration: June 23rd – July 3rd
• Hours: 8-10 hours per day
• Industry: Commercial Solar

Job Responsibilities

• Remove solar panels from rooftop installations
• Remove associated mounting hardware and racking systems
• Safely lower and transport materials from rooftop work areas
• Palletize solar panels and materials for shipment and storage
• Secure and strap pallets according to project requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all site safety protocols and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Previous construction labor experience required
• Solar installation or solar removal experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working on rooftops and at heights
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Must have appropriate PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, gloves, and high-visibility vest
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
