Construction Laborer / Demo Helper – Water Damage & Mold Mitigation

We are looking for dependable, hardworking laborers with solid demolition or construction experience to assist our crews on water damage and mold jobs. This is a hands-on physical role focused on tear-out, material handling, equipment support, and job-site cleanup.

We train our team on our specific processes. Prior professional restoration technician experience or IICRC certifications are not required. We want motivated people with real demo or trade backgrounds whom we can develop.

Responsibilities

Perform selective demolition and basic tear-out of drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials
Assist with job setup, containment, and equipment placement
Load, unload, set, and retrieve drying equipment and materials
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Support crews on emergency response calls
Take direction from lead technicians and follow company procedures
Drive to job sites as needed

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, wet environments, and active construction sites
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn our methods
Basic tool familiarity preferred
Construction, demolition, or general labor experience is a strong plus

Note: This role is ideal for people with hands-on trade or demo experience.
