About the Role

Are you an experienced Construction Laborer skilled in decks, siding, doors, windows, and roofing? We're expanding our construction team and seeking a dependable professional for a non-supervisory, hands-on field position. Working under the direction of a supervisor or crew lead, this role performs construction, dry rot, and roofing repairs while helping maintain the structural integrity and appearance of homes throughout our community.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working on decks, siding, doors, windows, skylights, gutters, or roofs.
• Experience repairing dry rot, damaged wood, or roof decking.
• Basic framing, flashing, and waterproofing skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
• Able to lift materials, work outside, and safely work on roofs.
• Knows and follows job-site safety rules.
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and repair decks, siding, doors, windows, skylights, gutters, and roofs.
• Find and repair dry rot, damaged wood, and roof decking.
• Measure, cut, and install materials using hand and power tools.
• Set up job sites, move materials, and keep the work area clean.
• Work with the crew and follow the project plan.
• Use tools, ladders, and safety gear the right way.
