A & C Noma Construction, Inc. is hiring dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are ready to support a variety of residential, apartment, and HOA construction projects throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on position assisting with general construction tasks, site preparation, cleanup, material handling, demolition, repairs, and support for carpentry, siding, decking, waterproofing, remodeling, and exterior maintenance projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist carpenters and crew leads with daily construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
- Assist with siding, dry rot repairs, decks, stairs, framing, waterproofing, and remodel work
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
- Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to follow directions and work well with others
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
