Lead Carpenter / Construction Crew Lead – $25–$30/Hour
Fox Quality Contracting is looking for an experienced and dependable carpenter to join our growing team in the Eugene/Springfield area.
We are a busy general contracting company performing a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects. We have a strong backlog of work and are looking for someone with the experience and initiative to work independently, take responsibility for projects, and help lead a small crew.
Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of construction experience
- Strong general carpentry and construction skills
- Must have hands-on experience with:
- Remodeling
- Framing
- Siding
- Deck construction
- Door installation
- Window installation
- Finish carpentry
- Concrete
- General residential and commercial construction
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, perform layout, and complete work correctly
- Ability to direct and work alongside one or two helpers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working on a wide variety of construction projects

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience
