Basic Requirements

Take responsibility for multiple residential remodeling and/or custom home projects. (avg. 3-4)
Bring in jobs on time and on budget.
Coordinate trade contractors, preparing schedules and tracking costs.
Assure compliance with contract documents, plans and shop drawings.
Assure that quality of materials and workmanship meets specifications and standards.
Maintain strict quality control.
Offer options for additional work.
Be available for customer questions, comments, etc.
