Construction Project Manager

Established Walnut Creek commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager and experienced Project Superintendents for commercial construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay area.

Restaurant construction experience is required. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of three years experience managing or supervising commercial restaurant projects. We are looking for team oriented professionals who are organized, dependable and committed to delivering high quality projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

PROJECT MANAGERS should have experience managing all phases of commercial projects including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, change owners, owner and architectural communication, and project closeouts.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS should have experience supervising all field operations, coordinating subcontractors and project sequencing, conducting subcontractor meetings, maintaining daily reports, RFI's, safety documentation, inspections, punch lists and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules and quality standards.

Qualified applicants must be able to read plans and specifications; be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project. A valid California driver's license and good driving record are required.
