Construction project manager

Experienced Residential Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience managing ADUs, remodels, and new residential construction.

Applicants must understand the full construction process, including foundations, framing, MEPs, insulation, drywall, and finishes. You must also be able to read construction plans and understand the general purpose of each section.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with Building & Safety departments and coordinating inspections
• Getting SOR's, deputy reports, details from architect and engineers
• Measuring and ordering tile, flooring, RTA cabinets, electrical finishes, and plumbing fixtures
• Coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners
• Maintaining daily logs and organized project records
• Visiting job sites, documenting progress, and keeping projects moving forward

This position includes both office and field work throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas. A reliable vehicle is required.
