Construction Project Manager

Buestad Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1948 and is a full service general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential, light commercial/T.I., and maritime work. We are based in Alameda with work throughout the East Bay, Southern Marin and San Francisco.

We are looking for a highly organized individual that has a thorough understanding of how a construction project is run on schedule and on budget to fill the role of Project Manager. Candidate must be detail oriented and know the submittal process, RFI's, invoice cost coding, updating project schedules (MS Project), attend site meetings, prepare project meeting agendas and minutes.

This position is responsible for multi-million dollar construction projects and directly manages Site Superintendents and Foremen.

Successful candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager specializing in high-end residential and light commercial projects. Computer skills should include MS Word, Excel and Project. Experience with Procore and American Contractor is a plus.

Annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000 determined by experience and knowledge of residential construction. Benefits include holidays, vacation, sick days, health care, and 401(k).
