RESIDENTIAL REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER
We are hiring a Project Manager who understands the trades and knows how to run a jobsite. If you have worked as a carpenter, lead, or superintendent and want to step into a management role – or you’re already a PM who loves being close to the work – this role is for you. Excellent wages based on experience!
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate subs, materials, and inspections
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality
- Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed
- Track budgets, change orders, and project timelines
- Step in with hands-on support when needed to keep projects moving
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong carpentry or remodeling background
- Residential project management experience
- Ability to read plans and understand building codes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
