**CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – NYC RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS**

Established NYC general contractor and custom millwork company is seeking an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee high-end renovation projects throughout New York City.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, construction knowledgeable, and capable of managing projects from startup through final completion.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Manage multiple renovation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
• Schedule and coordinate demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, millwork, and finish work
• Maintain project schedules and keep work progressing according to deadlines
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and site logistics
• Perform regular site visits and quality-control inspections
• Identify field conditions and potential problems before they impact the schedule
• Coordinate inspections and required access with buildings and project teams
• Maintain punch lists and oversee project closeout
• Communicate professionally with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and company management
• Document additional work and potential change orders
• Maintain organized project records, photos, schedules, and daily updates
• Ensure job sites remain professional, organized, and compliant with company standards

**REQUIREMENTS**

• Minimum 5 years of construction/project management experience preferred
• Strong experience with NYC residential renovations
• Must understand construction sequencing and all major trades
• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of rough and finish construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, architects, and designers
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be dependable and able to travel between NYC project locations

Experience with **high-end apartments, brownstones, kitchens, bathrooms, custom millwork, and full interior renovations** is strongly preferred.
