Construction Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

We are a residential remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, cabinet installation, and interior renovations, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish

Coordinate subcontractors, installers, vendors, and material deliveries
Schedule projects and keep timelines on track
Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project progress
Conduct job site visits to monitor quality and resolve issues
Maintain project documentation using Buildertrend
Work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to our quality standards

Qualifications:

Construction project management experience required

Residential remodeling experience strongly preferred
Experience with kitchen, bath, and cabinet projects is a plus
Buildertrend experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and a clean driving history
