Construction Project Manager & Superintendent – Hiring

Urban GC Inc. is seeking experienced and highly qualified construction professionals to join our team.

1. Construction Project Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural and structural drawings
• Ability to understand and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong technical and engineering knowledge related to construction
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues during construction
• Ability to Perform Material Quantity Takeoffs and Prepare Submittals
• Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Owners
• Knowledge of NYC Building Code and construction regulations preferred

NYC construction experience preferred
Strong English communication skills required; Korean language skills are a plus

2. Construction Superintendent

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience managing construction field operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and daily field operations
• Ability to monitor quality, safety, and progress
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• NYC construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of NYC Building Code and construction regulations preferred
