Construction Project Manager Wanted

A & C Noma Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential, multi-family, HOA, apartment community, and commercial construction projects throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on professional who can manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, clear communication, jobsite safety, and timely completion.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects, subcontractors, schedules, materials, budgets, and client communication. This role requires strong construction knowledge, leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage multiple moving parts in the field and office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients
• Review project scope, plans, estimates, change orders, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
• Schedule labor, materials, inspections, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and monitor daily project progress
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly and professionally
• Communicate regularly with owners, property managers, HOA representatives, tenants, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, schedules, change orders, and job notes
• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
• Support estimating, material takeoffs, and project planning as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential, multi-family, HOA, apartment, and/or commercial construction
• Experience with framing, siding, dry rot repairs, waterproofing, decks, stairs, remodels, roofing, and exterior repairs is a plus
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, estimates, and construction documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to use phone, email, photos, scheduling tools, and basic computer programs
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, construction-savvy, and able to lead field crews while maintaining professional communication with clients and property managers. This person understands the importance of schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

COMPENSATION

Competitive pay based on experience. Compensation may include salary or hourly pay depending on qualifications and role structure.

SCHEDULE

Full-time position. Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work depending on project needs.

WORK LOCATION

Projects are primarily located throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties.
