Express Employment Professionals of Everett is partnered with a leading construction manufacturing company in Marysville to hire a Quality, Warranty & Safety Manager—a critical leadership role overseeing QA/QC standards, warranty operations, OSHA/EPA compliance, and safety programs.

This is a permanent, full‑time day‑shift position working 100% on‑site with production and leadership teams.

Position Overview

In this high‑impact role, you will manage company‑wide quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), warranty services, and safety compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and state/third‑party inspectors to ensure products meet rigorous standards and customers receive exceptional support.

What You’ll Do

Quality Leadership (QA/QC)
Maintain, update, and lead product quality standards across manufacturing operations
Train and develop Production Supervisors on QA/QC processes and continuous improvement
Partner with state and third‑party inspectors during inspections and audits
Oversee all compliance documentation, state manuals, insignias, and certifications
Supervise the Quality Control/Transportation Supervisor
Utilize root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions to improve product quality
Warranty Oversight
Manage all incoming warranty and field service requests
Coordinate service technicians, field staff, and subcontractors
Strengthen relationships with dealers, builders, and site representatives
Track service‑related expenses, documentation, and vehicle records
Ensure timely, cost‑effective, high‑quality service resolutions
Safety Management (OSHA/EPA)
Lead a proactive, safety‑first culture throughout the facility
Oversee and support OSHA/EPA compliance, reporting, and safety training
Supervise and mentor the Safety Coordinator
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety program improvements
Administrative & Team Support
Promote strong communication, collaboration, and team building
Assist with departmental needs and operational projects as required
