Remodeler / Painter

Description

30 year old remodeling company contractor and have built a reputation for high quality and precision work in high rise condos and we need an experienced painter.
Paychecks every Friday.
Need a remodeler worker to primarily patch sheetrock, interior painting, and also perform other general remodeling duties as assigned.
Must be an experienced remodeler with a focus on drywall installation, drywall finishing and painting.
We have all the tools you will need.

You do not bring your own tools.

This job position is a long-term position and working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday at a condo high rise in the Crown Center area in Kansas City @ 25th and Grand Blvd.
Applicant must be punctual, have reliable transportation and be present for work with little absences.
Looking for an energetic self-starter who conducts themselves in a professional manner and is able to follow directions. Will work 40 hours a week and paid every Friday.
Covered Parking and working in a secure building.
No day is the same - always doing many different tasks in regard to completing condo repairs and condo remodeling. Looking for an applicant that can open sheetrock walls or ceilings, make repairs inside the wall and patch back the sheetrock and finish with painting.

Applicant must be punctual, have reliable transportation and be present for work with little absences.

We supply all tools and equipment.

You must be a skilled painter. This means the applicant has painted full time for at least for 3 years.
Brush and roller, walls and enameling trim. Spray painting is not necessary. Patching drywall is a plus.

We are interested in persons that have verifiable painting and remodeling skills. We do repaints.

Pay rate is based on the skill set of applicant, starts at $24.00 per hour. Time and 1/2 pay for overtime, double time pay for holiday's.
