Seeking experienced handymen, tradespeople, subcontractors, renovation professionals, project managers, superintendents, salespeople, and licensed contractors interested in participating in local construction and renovation projects.

Current marketing efforts are generating new project leads, and we're looking for additional qualified people to help pursue and perform that work. Our approach is hands-on: initial meetings typically take place around an actual project opportunity, allowing both sides to evaluate the fit while pursuing real business.
Specialists are welcome, but versatility matters. Some relationships start with small handyman, repair, or punch-list work—an opportunity to prove reliability, build client trust, and earn access to larger projects.

Experienced tradespeople who bring projects into the network may also have opportunities to perform portions of the work they're qualified to handle.
I'm particularly interested in people who are reliable, self-directed, communicate well, take pride in their work, and understand that long-term opportunity comes from successfully completing projects and building strong professional relationships.
