Construction & Renovation Remodeler (1099)
Description
We are growing and are looking for dependable Construction & Renovation Remolders to join our team. We renovate residential properties throughout Cuyahoga County and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up on time, and enjoys working as part of a team.
PERFORMING VARIOUS TASKS INCLUDING:
Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
Framing and light carpentry
Basic masonry repairs
Light Flooring - vinyl planking, Carpets
Interior & Exterior Painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Tile installation (floors and walls)
Interior finishes, including trim, doors, baseboards, and cabinets
General punch-list and renovation work
Job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Experience in residential construction or renovations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own reliable transportation
Working cell phone
Must have your own basic tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to pass a background check (we believe in second chances and evaluate backgrounds on a case-by-case basis so people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply)
Must be willing to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
