Construction & Renovation Workers Needed (Cleveland)

We are growing and are looking for dependable Construction and Renovation Remolders to join our team. We renovate residential properties throughout Cuyahoga County and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up on time, and enjoys working as part of a team.

We are looking for individuals who can do one or more of the following tasks:
Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
Framing and light carpentry
Light Flooring - vinyl planking, Carpets
Interior and Exterior Painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Tile installation (floors and walls)
Interior finishes, including trim, doors, baseboards, and cabinets

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING

Experience in residential construction or renovations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own reliable transportation
Working cell phone
Must have your own basic tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
