We are looking for a dependable, experienced Construction Repair Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and completing a variety of exterior home repairs.
Job Responsibilities
The Repair Technician will perform residential and light commercial repairs involving:
- Roofing repairs, including shingles, flashing, vents, leaks, and storm damage
- Siding repairs and replacement
- Window and exterior trim repairs
- Gutter and downspout repairs and replacement
- Fascia and soffit repairs
- Leak investigation and troubleshooting
- Minor exterior carpentry
- Storm-related repairs
- Warranty and service work
- Taking photos and documenting completed repairs
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Keeping the jobsite and work vehicle clean and organized
- Previous experience in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, construction, remodeling, or exterior repairs
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine the proper repair
- Comfortable working from ladders and on roofs
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift construction materials and perform physical work outdoors
- Must be reliable and show up ready to work
We’re looking for someone who is more than just a laborer. The right person can arrive at a customer’s home, identify the problem, determine the best solution, complete the repair correctly, and represent our company professionally.
Experience in several exterior trades is a major plus.

Experienced multi-trade technicians may qualify for higher starting pay.
