Construction Site Foreman & Skilled Labor

Tech One Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage crews and job site activities from start to finish.
This position requires travel out of the area for projects. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work on jobs that may require being away from the local area for periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead field crews on active job sites

Coordinate daily job site operations and schedules
Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and project specifications
Monitor job progress and report updates to management
Ensure quality control and timely project completion
Manage materials, tools, and overall job site organization

Qualifications:

Experience as a Foreman or lead in commercial construction

Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
Knowledge of construction safety standards and job site practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and accountable with strong work ethic
Willingness to travel out of the area for project assignments
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation
