Construction Site Superintendent Wanted – Residential/Custom Homes

KCM Contractors is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on our custom home, remodel, and spec-build projects around Seattle. We're a small, hands-on residential builder — you'll be the person on site keeping the job moving, coordinating subs, and making sure the work gets done right. Not looking for someone fresh out of an apprenticeship, but also not looking for a big commercial GC background — just someone solid who can run a residential job start to finish without hand-holding.

What you'll Do:
-Manage subs and schedule
-Walk the site for quality control, cleanliness
-Handle inspections
-Keep the Project Manager and clients in the loop, and keep the job on track

What we're looking for:
-Several years running residential/custom home or remodel projects, can read plans, know local codes and permitting
-Reliable and organized
-Current valid driver's license

Position Type: Full-time. Standard holidays plus accrued vacation.
